These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the LifeSpan Coaching website and services.
By accessing this website or booking services, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
LifeSpan Coaching provides:
- Wellbeing assessments that underpin the support offered
- psychoeducation
- wellbeing support
- neurodivergence-informed support
- executive functioning support
- structured coaching and reflective support
Services are educational and supportive in nature and are not intended to replace medical, psychiatric, psychological, or emergency support services.
2. Professional Boundaries
LifeSpan Coaching does not provide:
- psychiatric diagnosis
- medical treatment
- prescribing services through coaching
- psychotherapy
- crisis intervention
- emergency mental health support
Clients remain responsible for seeking appropriate medical or emergency care where required.
3. Eligibility
By booking services, you confirm that:
- information provided is accurate
- you understand the nature and limitations of the services offered
- you are aged 18 or over, or have appropriate parental or guardian involvement where applicable
LifeSpan Coaching reserves the right to decline, postpone, or discontinue services where appropriate.
4. Pre-Assessment Information
Clients may be asked to complete intake forms, questionnaires, or pre-assessment documents before appointments.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that information provided is accurate and up to date.
LifeSpan Coaching reserves the right to determine whether services are appropriate based on information provided prior to engagement.
5. Booking and Payment
Appointments must be booked through the approved booking platform.
Payment terms, cancellations, and refunds are outlined separately within the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Services may be suspended where payment has not been received.
6. Online Sessions
Clients are responsible for:
- ensuring suitable internet access
- attending sessions in an appropriate and private environment
- maintaining confidentiality on their side of online sessions
LifeSpan Coaching is not responsible for technical interruptions outside reasonable control.
7. Confidentiality and Safeguarding
Information shared during sessions is treated confidentially within professional, legal, and safeguarding limits.
Confidentiality may be broken where:
- there are safeguarding concerns
- there is risk of serious harm
- disclosure is legally required

8. Client Responsibility
Clients remain responsible for:
- their own decisions and wellbeing
- implementing any strategies discussed
- accessing appropriate healthcare or emergency services where necessary
No guarantees are made regarding outcomes, improvements, or results.
9. Communication Outside Sessions
Communication outside scheduled sessions is limited to administrative matters, including:
- appointments
- scheduling
- service-related queries
LifeSpan Coaching does not provide ongoing crisis or emergency support between sessions.
10. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, written materials, downloads, and resources remain the intellectual property of LifeSpan Coaching unless otherwise stated.
Materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or resold without written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LifeSpan Coaching accepts no liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or services.
Nothing within these terms excludes liability where exclusion would be unlawful.
12. Website Use
Users agree not to misuse the website or attempt unauthorised access to systems or content.

14. Governing Law
