Assessment Before Intervention Is At The Core Of What We do
How The Assessment Process Works

Personalised Support Plan & Recommendations
Following the wellbeing assessment, a personalised support plan with possible recommendations will be developed based on your individual presentation, needs, and goals. If coaching is identified as an appropriate pathway, you will be offered ongoing support through LifeSpan Coaching via individual coaching sessions or group programmes. Where coaching is not considered the most appropriate intervention at that time, recommendations and signposting to relevant services will be provided to help guide you towards the right support.
Recommendations may include:

GP Summary Letter
Where appropriate, and with your consent, a written summary letter can also be prepared for your GP outlining:
This may include recommendations for the individual to discuss with their GP, such as:
Any medical decisions, prescribing, investigations, or treatment recommendations remain the responsibility of the GP or relevant healthcare professional. Guidance around coaching scope and signposting is widely recognised within UK health and wellbeing coaching frameworks.
